OCTA is an Association of the Overseas Countries and Territories of the European Union (the formal relationship that Aruba has with the EU) and at this moment is Aruba the Chair of this Association.

OCTA Innovation is launching a photo competition, open to both professional and amateur photographers, on the subject of innovation and creativity in the EU’s OCTs.
Therefore Europe House Aruba would like to invite all amateur as well as professional photographers in Aruba to make use of this great opportunity and participate in this competition.
Send your photos of how innovation is changing the economy or people’s lives, or bridging the traditional and contemporary in: Anguilla, Aruba, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Curaçao, Falkland Islands, French Polynesia, Greenland, Montserrat, New Caledonia, Pitcairn, Saba, Saint Barthélemy, St Helena, St. Pierre-et-Miquelon, Sint Eustatius, Sint Marteen, Turks & Caicos and Wallis & Futuna.
The winners will be awarded a certificate and their photos displayed on OCT Innovation’s website and at an exhibition in Brussels reaching an international audience.
